this makes the window stay up - both pieces broke.
Pic1 was taken from another window that works
Pic2 is half the piece (plastic) that surrounds the metal where the windows pins lays in.

Thank you, I'll order 3 pair just in case others break.
I am thinking this should be lubricated at least once a year and I'm thinking using lubricant silicon, any advise?

We often recommend silicone spray to heel balance hardware operating smoothly since it tends to create less buildup than WD-40. It may not be necessary to do yearly but shouldn't hurt anything either. Thanks for posting!
