replacement parts

hi need help to get replacement part. windows were probably installed in 2006, not sure of maker model of windows. see pics thanks

Take a look and compare the specifications of our S770-27 channel balance with a 27E strength option to your original assembly. Thank you!

hi thanks. just want to make sure, my windows are tilt and the balance measures 28 inches. I took the cover off a different balance see pic. so is the part u say might be a fit compatible with this further info.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. You most likely have an older version of the S770 balance. I suspect that the S770-28 with a 28E strength option will work for you, but I recommend weighing the window sash and reviewing the chart under the balance product description to make sure that you choose the correct strength option for your balances.
