replacement parts

Question

hello - i've uploaded pictures of the window hardware that i currently have installed in my house...i believe there is a left and right version, as i need the opposite of what is shown in the pictures, with the crank/cogs on the other side of the sill plate.

hopefully you can identify this for me :)
