replacement parts

Question

I went to Home Depot and they were able to see your name on the handle. They went on the website and recommended 40-039 for keyed deadbolt and 40-150 for the white inside handle. I can't find the outside handle to match up with it on your website. I went to your office with the parts in the picture and the guy who answered the door said I have to go through the website. I was trying to save myself the headache of ordering the wrong product. Can you help. Karen

Hello,

Rather than trying to match up each part of your handle set individually, I would recommend taking a look at the 40-177 handle with deadbolt set. As long as the dimensions meet the specifications of your door such as the installation hole spacing, you should be good to go. Thanks for posting.
