replacement parts

Question

Hello,
Attached are two photos of my problem. I think I need the plastic clips that attach to the counter weight. Symptoms are the windows will not stay up. Please let me know if you carry the parts I need, or if you can direct me in the right direction.

I'm afraid the parts you're showing are no longer available. That said, we have a couple replacement parts that I think could still work for your window. Regarding the pivot shoe, can you check its width and thickness? If they're 1-1/2" x 1/2", I would recommend our 15-135 pivot shoe. It should still work with your old balances. If you also need a new balance, consider our Series 770 channel balance.
