replacement parts

I have a client that needs several repair parts for Atrium windows. I believe he needs new balancer units. How do I determine which parts are needed for these aluminum double hung windows? and what can help me to identify the correct type/sizes?

Hi, Dave. Start by looking at our selection of support balances to see if anything matches what you have. If you'd like, you can send photos of your balance for us to identify.

If I were to need new balancers, how would I measure.to know which parts were correct?

It depends on what kind of balance you need. We usually show exactly how you need to measure for each balance. Were you able to narrow it down using the page I showed you? What Series are you referring to?

No. This is a client that has Atrium vinyl double hung windows. I did not investigate the type of existing balancers and the client has no markings on the windows to determine model. I was hoping to get an idea on how to measure them but if I understand what you are saying, I need to take pictures of the windows and balancers, send them to you, then go back out to determine what I need in the way of parts?
