replacement parts for ANSI/AAMA 101-88

Question

I need to replace both balance springs and the guides afixed to top of windows also I will need two replacement Pan Am Take Out Clips.

Hi there Tom.

Our 18-042 top sash guide pair looks like a match. As for the balance, take a look at the Series 377. This comes attached with the 19-018 top fitting and 15-005 1" deep shoe. I don't see a photo of your balance shoe so you'll want to ensure it matches up with the 15-005. There should also be a stamp on the metal channel that will indicate what stamp option you'll need to select.
