replacement parts for Malta wood windows

A home owner from Columbus, Ohio says:
I have wood windows (with vinyl tracks on the sides) that are from Malta circa 1985? They tilt in. There are two different types of windows in the house we bought. Type 1 (labeled "part 1" in the photo) are type that will tilt in and can be removed completely.

Type 2 are the windows where you can tilt them in, but when you attempt to remove you notice the string it attached to the window itself with a nail and the plastic piece shown in the pictures.

Most of the windows in the house are not functional and are different sizes. I need to find the matches for these two parts. Once I know this, I can order all of the different sizes I need.

Thanks for any help you can give!
Anthony
