the ones on the door are rusted out.

Or if you have the complete sliding glass screen door

the sliding door was there when we bought the house about 12 years ago

Jeld Wen doors have often used our 81-018 or their stainless steel variant, the 81-149. But it's never very reliable to go by brand name when seeking patio door replacement parts. Removing the rollers and comparing them would be the best way to confirm this. See the video below.

Hello,
As I said in the email it is not the glass window that
has the rusted out wheels, it is the SCREEN door that has the rusted out wheels.

Thanks for clarifying. I'm afraid I don't know what rollers your screen door uses. In order to ID a match, we need to see the original roller out of the door so that we can get a good look at it. It won't be possible to find a match otherwise.
