replacement parts for casement window

the sliding hinge has HG04-2000 on it and says ROTO. The crank is 4 inches and the 2 arms have 3019 and 3108. What would be a replacement for this.

Could you show us a picture of the hardware in question out of the window? That will help us find a good match for you. The numbers stamped on the operator aren't identification codes, strictly.

I had a bay window blow out during a wind storm , it did not break the glass, but it cracked the sash, Was able to repair. Bent the hardware (see attachment) I believe I made need part # 36-048 The window in question as you face the bay window looking at it from the outside, is the one to the far right. Looking at it from the inside , it is the far left and it cranks to the left when opening

Was also looking for the vinyl frame/sash could you help with that also ?

Hello, Craig. I agree, our 36-048 looks like a great match. This can work on either a left or right hand side window interchangeably, and comes with a top and bottom hinge assembly. When replacing your originals, make sure to replace both that top and bottom at the same time to ensure a symmetrical operation.

We unfortunately don't sell replacement vinyl framing or sashes of any type. You'll have to try to get in touch with the original manufacturer for that. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
