looking for top bracket with nylon ball ( no markings) and hinge with "CDM" stamped on it. Doors weigh approximately 60 lbs. No markings on the door.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the 23-106 hinge. We also have the 23-099 roller guide, but it looks like your nylon guide is different. I wonder if it could just be worn. Review the specifications for these parts and see if they match what you need.
