replacement parts for my window

Good day... please tell me what's the part number for the black plastic in picture 1 and 2. Also, for picture 4, all the screws came out. we got new screws but they wont stay!! What can we do? please help.... Thank you

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. That black part is unfortunately not available by itself. You will need an all new hinge. I recommend the 36-048; this is a little different from your original but as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time then you should be fine.
