Your tilt latch appears similar in design to our 26-243 and 26-244 at a glance, but you will need to remove it and measure it to see how well it matches. We have detailed dimensions listed on their respective store pages that you can use as a reference.
I'm afraid I can't identify the weatherstripping based on this photo. I'll need you to remove an undamaged sample and show me a clear shot of the end profile. The video below will go into more detail as to what we need.
Thanks for reaching out to us. We unfortunately don't sell an exact replacement for this weatherstripping. The only product we have that may work is our 58-170B, though I'm concerned that the size may not be appropriate. You can review it here to verify.
Sorry, I wasn't aware that you needed anything other than the weatherstripping. Looking at your photos above you're showing us a pivot bar and a pivot shoe. Is that all you needed?
For the pivot shoe, my recommendation would be the 15-188, and for the pivot bar see our 26-226. Just like for the weatherstripping, you need to carefully review the dimensions for each part to ensure that they match the originals.
