replacement parts - non-tilt channel balance bars

I need to replace both balance bar on one of my windows. the number on the case frame is 3240AG, with the letters B.S.I. stamped next it the right side of the numbers. The plastic fittings on the end of the case frame have broken off. Hence the reason I need replacements for both side.

Thanks for posting! Your balance resembles either the S380-33 with a 1" shoe or the S385-33 with a 1-3/32" shoe. To determine which of these if the right fit, you'll need to confirm the depth of your shoe.
