replacement parts old bi-fold doors

A quick learner from Long Beach, NY says:

I have 96" tall old bi-fold doors that I need replacement parts for. the thickness of the door is 3/4" . Please note the building has settled quit a bit and there is a big gap between the door and the top track any suggestions besides cutting new doors

Before cutting new doors, we have some possible replacements that might work for you. Try shimming the 21-128 bottom plunger plate up. You should also take a look at our 21-130 or 21-129.
