Hello! I'm very confident that we can get a good match for this handle. I'm just not sure how this latches to the door frame. Can you show me the hook or clamp on the other side of the handle housing? That will tell me for sure what the best replacement option will be.

It may also be a good idea to tell me what the screw hole spacing is, center-to-center. It should be 4-15/16" but you can never be too sure. Let me know!
