replacement patio door handles

Question

I would like to replace my old patio door handle. The installation holes appear to be 3 15/16" apart, and the hole for the latch is centered between them. As you can see from the photos there are additional unused holes.
I am hoping for grippable handles like the 82-030.
Can you help?
