replacement patio door rollers

Question

We have a customer looking for 2 patio door wheels as per the pictures attached.  The carriage is 2" long x 1" high and ½" deep with a 1 ¼" wheel.

Your roller does not look familiar. Is this the inside part of a complete housing? I'm hoping there's another part we're not seeing, like an outer housing that's still in the door. Otherwise, we don't have anything like what you show here.

You could just replace the wheel and axle. Look at the 81-266 and 81-272 wheels along with the related video. If all else fails, that's a possible option.
