replacement patio slide handle - 4" spread

hello- i went to my local hardware / showroom - looking for a replacment- you can see my existing is cracked from years of use and about to be useless- they thought it looked very similar to the Simonton Madeira handle they had on display - and the 4 inch spread between mounting bolts.  - can you guide me on the best way to find and order the correct replacment handles without needing new doors and locking hardware - the exisiting is in good condition and integrated in the patio doors.
