replacement peachtree balance 3660FJ?

I am working with a contractor to fix my Peachtree Aliclass A, type AE #G3288 . The window balances have 3660FJ marked on them. We would like to replace 2 balances (1 for each side of the window).

Normally, Peachtree uses our Series 745 balance, but I can't tell if that's what you have. Please show me a few pictures of the complete balance, specifically of the stamp number printed on the channel and the other end. I would also like to know the dimensions of the balance. Thanks!
