Take a look at 26-063, pivot bar, everything really depends on measurements, the lenght, width, height, and the screw placement. With the elongated holes in your original bar and no given measurements I cannot say for sure if the 26-063 is the best solution.  Carefully look it over and feel free to reach back out to us.
