replacement pivot lock shoes for older double hung vinyl window

A home owner from ontario, canada says:
Hi, need your help with replacement shoes.
Shoe measurements are 2-3/16" long x 1-1/4" wide x 19/32" thick.
Cam rectangular opening for window pin is 3/16" x 5/16".
Spring catch accepts the first of 2 pins through spring bar.
Can't see any names, numbers or markings on shoes, springs or windows but glazing has 1995 date inside sealed unit.
Need shoes for 3 windows so 12 plus a couple spare, 14 total.
Thanks! Assuming you can ship to Canada or recommend local distributor.

Hello, we're happy to help with your pivot shoe. The company that made your pivot shoe has gone out of business. From the dimensions you gave, the closest match we offer is our 15-121 9/16" thick shoe. You may also need the 75-006 charging tool to reattach your Series 600 spiral balance to the shoe. Review out media guide for extra tips and guidance.
