Looks like you need a thumb actuator for an internal tilt latch. We carry a bunch of different versions, but the key dimension is the length and spacing of the two forks. Your forks broke off, so there's no way we can confirm a match from these photos.

I recommend looking at our complete selection here and using an undamaged version of this actuator as a reference. Let me know if anything matches.
