replacement roller

Question

Sliding door is in a unit that was manufactured around 1978. (I think)

That part shown was removed after taking set screw out and prying down and out.

I believe a new roller as pictured would snap back in place as long as set screw can be screwed in afterwards.

there is another part of roller assembly pictured that is still in frame of door,
there doesnt appear to be easy way to remove it. Hopefully it can stay during replacement of roller.

Thanks for posting. I am afraid that it will be impossible to say what you need without seeing the outer housing of the assembly as well; it will also be impossible to install the new assembly without removing all the old components. See if you can pry it out for us; if not let us know and we'll see if we can assist.
