I have a broken roller on my large bedroom glass sliding doors. I took it off the track and found the broken roller on the bottom of the door, there was a screw on the side of the door that adjusts the wheel. . I took the screw off thinking it would release the wheel so I could replace it , but that wasn't the case . I believe it is a concave wheel, it sits on the track which is raised where the wheel sits. do I need to pry the wheel assembly out of the door. can I purchase the wheel assembly at a hardware store, and how do I put back together . I need your help

Thanks for the photo. It appears you may need to go with our 23-043 mirror door roller with a 1-1/4" nylon concave wheel. Since you show the roller assembly outside the door frame, you found the installation screw that holds the roller assembly to the door frame.
