replacement rollers for Reliabilt 311/312 sliding door

Question

my rollers wheels are 1 1/8", the length is 3 1/8", the height is 1 1/8", and the width is 3/4". Canyon recommend a replacement as I see a few in your catalog that may work.  I was hoping that you have an assembly with ball bearings that would fit my door.  Please help!

Hey there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. Our 81-030 appears to be our best match. The wheels are 1-1/4" but you might be able to adjust the roller to compensate for the difference. If not, you can swap with wheels with the 81-223 and 81-310 axle kit. Take a look and see what you think.
