replacement sash balance boxes

I need replacement sash balance boxes for 2 Windows
The following window. Measurements are 36" wide by 37 " tall double hung. They are original to house with the sash being clad on the outside a wood on the inside

Can you please send me the details for witch. Balance is needed

On the glass, is there an Andersen marking? It usually looks like a triangle. If so, may we have the visible glass width and height of the sash? If the windows are not Andersen, remove one of the boxes and show us a photo of it.
