replacement sash balance for Andersen window

Question

I did not remove the broken part but I have this information.
Andersen double hung window built in 1989.
cig 2.2-89
daylight glass size of upper and lower sash is 28 3/8" X 13 7/8".

I can make an educated guess based on your glass size, but keep in mind that the only way for us to be sure what replacement balance would work best is to know the stamps printed on the original. That said, see our 24-737. This may be what you need.
