replacement sash balance inquiry

Hello, I have a 1973 house with windows. The balance are springs within plastic tubes. The plastic tubes are damaged by age. I am looking to source compatible replacements. The sashes are 24 inches in height and the balances have .5 inch OD.

We believe you have a Caradco window. Can you measure an undamaged tube and write out the length of just the tube? We'll also need you to weigh the window sash and tell us the precise weight.
