replacement shoes for windows

Hello,
I needed to replace my window shoes, (Pat#'s 6.679.000, 4.610.108, & D477.490). So I order replacement part 15-194 1" T-lock closed cam, however they don't connect properly with my balance cover ( the groove on the new shoe doesn't align with the attaching pin). I understand now that I'll need to replace the balances (#36C) to attach properly. Mine have the hook attachment at the top on them, and it doesn't appear that I can use the plastic insert screw blocks you sell. How much will the Balances cost with the hooks? I will likely need 8 balances.
