replacement slides

A home owner from San Diego, California says:

Slide is 0.5" width (9/16") and metal is 22" long. Markings on Pacific Window slide are: 21 3 CX CMC 7 (see photos)

Would want to replace both slides as recommended so want to order two correct slides. Left slide string broke, expect similar wear on right side slide strng. If additional pictures are needed I have them (your upload limit is 5 pictures)

Thanks for posting. This looks like either an S380-22 or S385-22 to me. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You'll need a stamp option of 2130.
