replacement sliding patio door lock

Question

the door is a guardian sliding patio door but I could not find any markings to indicate a model.  from center to center of the lock attachment screws appears to be about 3 11/16 inches and the total height appears to be about 4 11/16 inches.  the depth appears to be 1 3/16 inches.  when the lock is engaged the hole in the lock appears to be at about the 1 or 2 o'clock position.  I have included the measurements in the attached photos.
