replacement spiral balance, pivot shoe, and weatherstrip

Question

Looking for Spiral Balances for Paramount (Canada) Double Hung Windows. I need sizes 19"and 22' - bearing color is white. I need sizes 29" and 32"- bearing color is red. I also need tool to install these spiral balances. I have 40 windows to repair they are 20 years old. Going to need approx. 25 spirial balances. In addition, I need to replace some Pivot Shoes. Do you carry Pivot Shoes for these windows? I also will need a pair of spreader tools to install these Pivot Shoes? Do you carry weather stripping pads for these windows? Hey Jim. I'm confident we can help, but we need more information to ID these spiral balances. I need to know the diameter of the outer tubes. If the diameter is 3/8", they're Series 900 Spiral Balances; but if it's 5/8", you have Series 600 balances instead. Please check to confirm. For white tipped balances, that's an outdated color rating, so we'll need the exact weight of the window sashes that use those balances to determine the right color tip replacement.

The tool you're going to use to install tilt window spiral balances is our 75-006.

For the pivot shoes, I'm sure we have them, but there's a load of different ones you might have, so you're going to have to remove them, show us a picture, and tell us their width and diameter. You don't need the jamb spreader tools to do this--you can do what we call the cutout method. See the video below.
