replacement split arm operator & cover for Anderson part F-9400-8A

Question

I need a replacement for an Anderson split arm operator part F-9400-8A and the handle and cover. Attached is a picture of the split arm with dimensions written next to the pieces. Unfortunately, I didn't take a photo of the cover, but both the top & bottom edge of that measure 3 5/8".Part #' for that is 1351444I've tried a replacement operator w/ a 3 1/2" piece for the part that says Anderson & has the "E" on it. It requires major modifications to the inside window frame trim & mount. It also rubs up against the outside frame when you crank it open and pushes on it I'm afraid that will cause damage to the plastic frame over time. I have double checked and confirmed the short arm's measurement is correct and does not line up with your part number 39-264. I have tried that part in the past and it deos not work.

Can you please help me with the correct parts that I need? Thank you in advance for any you can provide.

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. This certainly looks like our 39-264. I've never known them to make this in different sizes. Can you clarify exactly how you're measuring the arm? Andersen measures from the center of the rivet to the center of the attachment hole. If you're measuring the full length of the link arm, then this is inaccurate and I would advise double checking based on manufacturer specs. The diagram below shows you exactly how you ought to measure.
