replacement spring balances

I'm replacing two balances on my impact window. Below are the dimensions. I do not see a black tip option for a replacement with these specs. Please help. Thanks!

Take a look at our S500-24 spiral balance. I believe this could be the hardware you're looking for.

The window is a hurricane impact window so it's very heavy. Will the S500-24 support the weight approximately 45lbs ? Also, there is only a red and blue tip option. Does the standard S500-24 come with a black tip?

Thanks for getting back to us! The heaviest spring option we have for the S500-24 can only hold 40 pounds at maximum. Can you confirm the exact weight of your sash?
