replacement spring and lock

Question

The spring on my door lock mechanism is broken so I am ordering this lock, Roto Single Point Mortise Lock 82-269, which seems to match all the measurements. I would like to know if you have replacement spring available, which would make a good backup should I need it? Regards, James
