replacement storm window latches

Question

I need replacement latches and springs for the inner windows of the storm windows in a mobile home manufactured in 2000. Attached is a diagram of the latches missing the adjustment tips along with measurements for the missing tips taken from non-damaged latches.

Look over our 91-023 91-027, and 91-159 latches. Are any of these a match? They all use the 91-102 spring.
