replacement t window channel balance help

Question

Hi there! I measured this broken part...neighbor told me what it was and that he ordered his from your site. He owns a different floorplan than me but if helpful he ordered S385-34 34" sees 385 option 3320. Mine measures 1/2" wide and the metal part is 34" long without the plastic tips. Any suggestions? Hello! As long as the bottom fitting is the same depth as the one that comes with our S385-34, at 1-3/32", then I think it would work well in this application. Another possibility is our S380-34, which has a 1" deep shoe. This should be the first thing you check before you buy anything.
