Wood Patio Door Wrap-around Weatherstripping

Question

Hello I am trying to fix my weatherstripping on a wood patio door, I can not find a brand name or anything in stores that looks like it.

It is a vinyl strip that runs along the inside of the doors where they slide it has a that fits into a grove on my door and is about 15 years old so I tried to tape it together so you can see a side view. I also notice the strip that runs along the outside of the interior door failing as well and would be interested in replacing that as well. See photo which #1 which is sideways.

I have seen this wrap-around type weather stripping before, but we've never been able to find a good match. It's possible that it's not made anymore.

One thought would be to use the 58-180 stick-on type foam seal. This has an adhesive base, so you can just stick it wherever it needs to go on the door for the best possible seal. What do you think of this option?
