replacement weatherstripping

Question

I need to replace the kerf mounted "leaf seals" in my ROW brand windows. Seals are mounted in the upper sash of the double hung windows. Windows were purchased and installed in 1978 and seals have become brittle over the years. Photos are attached for your review. I need to replace 13 pieces measuring about 31" long.
