replacement weep cover for Bow window

I am looking for replacement weep covers for a Harvey Bow Window installed in the early 1990s. I am unable able to locate the model # label anywhere on the window. The weep hole slot is 1 5/16 x 3/16. The overall cover size is 1 3/4 x 5/8. The weep cover snaps in place by two tabs that go through the slot in the window. The quantity required is 10. The window color is white. I have pictures of the weep cover attached. Harvey Windows service department recommended I contact you. Please contact me as soon as possible.. Thanks

I'm afraid we don't have a weep hole that can fit a hole that is 1-5/16" x 3/16". However, you could consider our 26-186. If you were to drill installation holes appropriately spaced on either side of the weep hole itself, you could plug these in. Would that work for you?
