replacement window balance

Hello, both of the balance shoes are broken on a double hung, tilt out, vinyl window. I can't find a brand name on the window so I would like to find the balances and replace them. Can you help me please. I can send more pictures if you need, or even send you the broken one if need be. Please let me know, thank you.

Thanks for posting, Titus. The balance pivot shoe looks like our 15-167, while the balance looks like our S770-14 with a stamp option of 14C. Carefully look over this hardware and let me know if you agree.

It seemed like that was the correct size so I ordered it and just installed it this morning. It works very well and it's a perfect fit.
