replacement window balance and

Question

hi I'm trying to replace the tilt window balance assembly in the pictured window and assembly. I don't know the brand of the windows, nor are there any markings on the balance parts. (not sure I am using the correct terminology). The window is approximately 32"H X 33"W.

Hi there. Could you take a look at the pivot shoe? It's the part in the jamb track that connects to the bottom of the pivot shoe via a metal pin, called the pivot bar. See if your pivot shoe resembles our 15-180. If so, this pivot shoe is compatible with our Series 190 Coil Balances. Let us know if you have any questions.
