replacement window balance hardware so windows will stay up!

Hi there! Thank you for any help you might be able to offer.

The label on each window reads-
Spec: DH-R30
Code: 92-1
Series: 90/95
MST: 4470

The windows were added to an open porch in the early-to-mid 80's; the home was originally built in 1980.
Thirteen windows were originally installed; I would like to get them all back into easy opening-and-closing shape!

Hello, James. I think we can help, but we'll need some more pictures of those balances. If it's possible, can you show me a clear picture of the tip of the spiral? I want to see what kind of clip or shoe it uses, if any. Please also tell me the length and diameter of the outer tube. Finally, if the tube has any color tip, let me know what it is.
