replacement window cranks`

I need two replacement cranks. The numbers on the broken ones are:
30615 30894 Canada 1986 pat. 2135397,
30614 30893 Canada 1986 pat. 2135397,

There are for s left and right window setup.

Your photos resemble the 39-187 and 39-188 cranks for casement windows. Take a look and compare the dimensions below to yours. We also offer the 39-114L handle for these assemblies. Thanks for posting!

the window crank are too big. the 5" between the screw is correct but the 5" arm need to be 4.5 it an 1/2 to big. what part number do I need?

I'm afraid we've never been able to find a supplier for these operators with the shorter link arm, though we have come across this situation in the past. Our best recommendations would be to see if you can either move the sash bracket over by 1/2" to compensate, or drill out the link arm from both operators and attach the original link arm to the new assembly with the 62-014B rivet.
