Hi, I am looking for replacement parts. This is from a single hung window, I am looking for a replacement to repair the broken caps. I don't know the window model type.

This part is called a top sash guide. Yours in particular isn't made anymore, but you can use our 18-066 to replace it. Look it over and let me know if you had any questions.
