Hello,

Unfortunately, once the spline that supports the handle breaks, you need to replace the entire operator since that part can't be replaced on its own. I'm sure we have the operator that you need but we'll need to see the arms that move the window in and out to identify the correct replacement. You can do this bu opening the window as far as it will go and taking a picture form above. Thank you!

Here is a photo of the window fully extended. Please let me know if you need a different view of the arms.

Thanks!

Not at all, this is perfect! Thank you very much. I think your best bet is our 39-083 awning window operator. This looks very similar in terms of design, but you should check yours to make sure that the "elbow to elbow" measurement is also 21-1/2".

Thanks! That's the size I was thinking. I will measure for sure and let you know.

You guys are very helpful! My operator measures 21.5" elbow to elbow. I will order 39-083 on your website.

Thanks so much!
