Bob from SWISCO responded:

Thanks for writing in. We can replace this old rod balance with a more modern channel balance; but to know which one, we need to see whatever attachment, fitting, shoe, or hook is at the bottom of the balance. From there, we should be able to ID a proper replacement.

A home owner from Frankfort Il. says:
Have Shamrock Mobile home windows. Block& tackle window balancers 0n rod. Ends break off. Can you replace end fittings ? or new balancers, 32 inch long, I can send pictures by text to your phone.

Thanks for the reply. This old crossbow balance is no longer available, but you should be able to use the S795-32 Channel Balance as a replacement. See the video below for details. For the windows that have the black t-Shoe, use spring weight 32B for a sash weighing 14 through 20 lbs. For the white T-Shoe, use a stamp option of 32C for a sash weighing 20 through 25 lbs. You will also need to replace the pivot bar with our 26-021. Let me know if you have any other questions.
