white plastic tube measures 1/2 inch diameter.
white tube length measures 29 inches.
Current balance has a blue tip.

Removing the balance from the window could show different measurements since these balances only come in 3/8" and 5/8". Let us know what the measurements are with the balance removed and we should be able to determine your balance.
