replacing Jordan window screen clips

Home Owner from Eureka Mo
I believe I have Jordan double hung windows in my house, and all of the screen clips are breaking. I have attached 3 pictures of what I am looking for.
Thanks

Good afternoon! I have seen this window clip before and can confirm that there's not an exact replacement. However, over the years we have replaced quite a few of these using our 70-014 turn clip fastened with a 33-005 rivet. Look this part over and see what you think.

Thank you for your reply. I have not used a rivet gun before, and while it looks simple, I do have a few more questions. I have attached another picture which is the hole that is currently in the frame of the screen. How will the rivet and turn latch be attached to the screen?

Hello there! We actually created a video tutorial to show you how to install the 70-014 turn clip onto your window screen insert. I recommend watching this before you continue your project. It's my hope that this will make things easier.

Please let me know if you have any questions after watching the video.

I looked up the rivot gun and it shows the lowest size is 1/8. Will the #44 rivot work with an Arrow gun that shows 1/8 size (I see the #44 rivot as 1/16)

When drilling for the pop rivet, I recommend using a 1/8" drill bit. This size should be sufficient for the hardware you're working with.

I just got home with my Arrow RH200 and install the clips as directed. With the video and your instructions, this could not have been easier.

Excellent Job!

That's great! I'm happy to hear that you were successful, Frank.

Please let us know if we can be of any future assistance.

Since the drilled hole is 1/8", shouldn't the rivet also be 1/8", rather than the 3/8" suggested in the link above? Just want to make sure I buy the right parts for my own screens.

The pin portion of the 33-005 is 1/8" in diameter. The 3/8" measurement is in reference to the size of the cap. You can see detailed dimensions on the 33-005 store page for reference.
